I was really excited to teach this workshop at @aevdc_dance . My focus for this workshop was presence and confidence. We did a few exercises for posture, gaze and walking. Explored the self and dance alter ego. Finally to this last part of a simple short choreo piecing it all together. They did this choreo in 20mins! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 . Thank you AEVDC for having me. Thank you all who showed up and explored with me. I hope you went back with a better understanding of yourself, also the want to know/explore more. I had a great time with all of you witnessing so much talent! 😊♥️ Till the next time!
